The annual competition runs from November 1st to the end of October the following year. Entries must be submitted within 30 days of catch. The only exception to the 30 day rule is that fish caught in October MUST be submitted by November 2nd. Entries will only be accepted from Anglers who are club members in good standing (current dues paid) at the time the fish is hooked.

OFFSHORE: All entries must be recorded and witnessed. A photo must be included in the submission.

INSHORE: A photo of the fish on the measuring device showing the length must be included in the submission.
