Central Florida Saltwater Anglers have a real treat for attendees of our September 16th monthly social.  Jay Herrington of Fish on Fire will be the guest speaker covering: How to cook your catch.  This is your chance to learn how to cook fresh fish for your family and friends! Jay will also be cooking some fish and side dishes for you to sample! Jay has been a long-time supporter of CFSA - if you have never been to Fish on Fire Fish on Fire - Seafood, Restaurant, you are missing out. The fish and other food there is terrific.

We are proud to bring coastal menu options 32 miles from the sea. We also offer great beef, chicken and pork dishes, full bar menu and live music. Just like at the beach without the drive to the coast. ENJOY!

CFSA has also started a new member drive: through the end of December. Get a ticket for each newbie you bring in- there will be a drawing in January for a Daiwa electric reel and bent butt rod combo.  Also- new memberships will run until the end of our 2026 year.

With over 50 years of experience, Jay has been cooking as long as he's been fishing.  Family fish fries were a regular thing growing up in Florida.  Having fished in multiple countries he's been able to experience diverse preparation techniques, ingredients and recipes.   Here to share a few easy cook your catch ideas, owner of Fish on Fire, is Jay Herrington.
