For June's Social, CFSA will have two speakers:
1. Captain Scott Lum will talk about nearshore fishing tactics and techniques.
2. Glenn Adams - owner of Boatmax Worldwide will cover boat maintenance - how to keep your boat looking and running well for years.
Captain Scott Lum
Captain Scott Lum is one of the most versatile fishing guides in the Central Florida area. His specialties include nearshore and offshore fishing for numerous species from cobia to tripletail. He’s considered an expert in the most exciting and productive sportfishing methods such as live-baiting and sightfishing.
Captain Scott operates his charters from the Outcast, his 23-foot Contender center console. Contenders are known as some of the finest fishing boats in the industry. Powered by a brand-new Suzuki 4-stroke outboard, the Outcast is reliable, comfortable and very fishable!
Capt. Scott Lum grew up fishing, surfing, and cherishing Florida’s Space Coast.
He knows the waters of the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic well; he’s spent nearly as much time on the ocean as he has on land!
Now, Capt. Scott enjoys sharing his passion for his home with the many devoted clients who charter the Outcast for fishing adventures, many of whom are repeat customers.

Glenn Adams
Glenn Adams was raised on the Florida Gulf Coast with a rod and reel in his hand. His love of the water started as a young boy on the west coast.
Glenn's working background spans professional fishing to being GM of a boat retailer to entrepreneur ownership of this own boat dealership:
- Years commercial mullet fishing in Tampa Bay,
- General Manager at Boat Tree from 1996 -2010
- Owner and president of Boat Max USA now Boat Max Worldwide which currently sells: Pioneer, Edgewater, Xplor, Delta boatworks, Stott Craft. AmeraTrail, and yamaha outboard Repower center.
Glenn's life as a family man includes raising two young boys now 15 and 18. Both are avid fisherman and boaters with many summer fishing plans.
Glenn has a huge love for the water and conservation, his family are all avid divers as well and frequent the Florida keys often.
