February's guest speaker will be Outcast Fishing Charter Captain Scott Lum, who will share his expert strategies for catching cobia and tripletail out of Port Canaveral.  A native to the Space Coast, Scott has fished the waters all of his life and has been providing exciting charters nearshore and offshore for over a decade.
